    I am Michael Feygin, the owner of Michael Feygin Photography & Video. For over two decades I have dedicated myself to providing my clients with unparalleled quality of service in recording their most special moments.
    As a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA) I am committed to the highest standards of the industry. Michael Feygin Photography & Video is a fully licensed and insured company under the laws of New York State with  clientele on both East and West coasts of the United States and Canada.
    Unlike many so called "professionals" out there, I am a full time photographer. And, unlike these same "professionals", who bought themselves an expensive camera and decided that this made them photographers, I apprenticed as an assistant for four years before ever picking up a camera. In those four years, I learned everything possible about proper posing, composition, lighting, equipment set up, camera operation and working with my subject.  I also learned the various customs associated with various communities and ethnic groups.
    One of the most important lessons I have learned is how to deal with the unexpected, something that many "pros" simply can not handle. In fact, I shot a nine hour wedding during the August 13, 2003 blackout. I have learned to improvise and adapt under any circumstances.
